There are two counsellors at Vitality Centre: Claire Djali and Ania Dyczkowska.
Counselling with Claire Djali
The overall aim of counselling is to provide an opportunity for the client to work towards living in a more personally content way and to begin a new future positively.
Counselling is often sought in times of particular difficulty such as bereavement and relationship breakdown. These times are not only difficult in themselves but often lead to other questions raising themselves.

*Coping with crisis
*Self-esteem and self-image
*Depression, stress and anxiety
*Relationships, past and present
Your first appointment with Claire will provide you with the opportunity to decide if counselling will be helpful for you and whether it is something you would like to continue with. Claire will give you her personal feedback on this session.
